Lasagna
Home-made preparations are the soul of all our dishes. Our fresh and thin pasta is the basis of a unique gastronomic experience. Cooked to perfection and ready to welcome our beef ragù and freshly chopped tomatoes and a béchamel that is always prepared on the spot. Upon request, we also prepare vegetarian lasagna cooked with vegetable broth or with ragu prepared with the fresh fish from the lake, such as salmon fillet or pike perch (whitefish) fillet.

Risotto and mushrooms
Risotto and mushrooms is a typical Grotto dish, perfectly served as a single dish.

Gnocchi
Our fresh and home-made gnocchis are seasoned with: ragù sauce, fresh tomato, butter and sage or gorgonzola.
